All quotes provided are subject to market fluctuations, credit approval by the energy supplier, and final contract execution.

4. User Responsibilities

In order to provide our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete historical energy usage data and utility bills.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during the consultation process.
• Review all third-party supplier contracts thoroughly before execution.
• Understand that you are solely responsible for compliance with the terms of any contract you sign with a third-party energy provider.
